1. Cleanse skin
Wash & dry your lips and the skin around them. The entire mouth area must be free of water or creams.
2. Remove security strip
Peel off the protective strip from the adhesive surface of your mouth tape and hold it at the edges.
3. Apply and smooth
Place the non-adhesive part in the center of your mouth and the adhesive part of the mouth tape on the skin around your mouth.
